Residential Title Searches:
The cost of a 50 year residential title examination is $300.00.
As we understand deadlines, we strive for a quick turn-around time. 50 year residential title examinations are guaranteed to be completed within 5 business days.
Rush service for a 48-hour turn around time is $100.00, subject to availability.
One-Owner & Two-Owner Search:
The cost of an one-owner search for residential properties is $75.00.
The cost of a two-owner search for residential properties is $150.00.
One-owner and two-owner searches are guaranteed to be completed within 24 and 48 hours, respectively.
Commercial Examinations:
Commercial title examinations are guaranteed to be completed within 5 business days.
As billing for a commercial search is dependent upon its complexity, we quote each order independently and guarantee to never exceed the quoted price.
Courier & Other Services:
Recording and document retrieval for a fee of $30.00 per hour* plus IRS prescribed mileage rate.
Review of probate documents and completion of probate worksheet for a flat fee of $50.00.
Preparation of deed and/or legal description for a fee of $50.00 per hour*.
Notary services at no charge for existing clients.
*Minimum billing of one hour.
