Fee Schedule

Residential Title Searches:

50 Year Residential Search: $300.00 flat fee and guaranteed 10 business day turn around time.

One- Owner Residential Search: $75.00 flat fee and guaranteed 5 business day turn around time.

Two-Owner Residential Search: $100.00 flat fee and guaranteed 5 business day turn around time.

Maintaining a relationship with local attorneys and title insurance agencies is our utmost priority and, as such, if a residential transaction does not close, please let us know and we will cancel our invoice.  

If you do not get paid, we don’t either!

Commercial Title Searches:

Commercial Title Search: $150.00 per hour* (please contact us to request an estimate).  15 business day turn around time.

Courier Services:

$30.00 per hour* plus IRS prescribed mileage rate for recording and document retrieval (probates, divorces, and deeds).

$50.00 to review probate documents and complete a probate worksheet.

$30.00 per hour* to prepare deed and/or legal description.

Public Notary Services:

At no charge for our existing clients.

*Minimum billing of one hour.
