50 Year Residential Search: $300.00 flat fee and guaranteed 5 business day turn around time.

Rush Order: 48 hour turn around time for additional $100.00, subject to availability.

One- Owner Residential Search: $75.00 flat fee and guaranteed 24-hour turn around time.

Two-Owner Residential Search: $100.00 flat fee and guaranteed 48-hour turn around time.

Commercial Title Searches:

Commercial Title Search: As billing for a commercial search is dependent upon its complexity, we quote each order independently and guarantee to never exceed the quoted pricing. Commercial searches start at $300.00.

Courier Services:

$30.00 per hour* plus IRS prescribed mileage rate for recording and document retrieval (probates, divorces, and deeds).

$50.00 to review probate documents and complete a probate worksheet.

$50.00 per hour* to prepare deed and/or legal description.

Public Notary Services:

Available at no charge for our existing clients.
