About Us:

Romana Delic Messer, owner, brings more than a decade of experience in real estate law and title examination. After working for ten years in a busy real estate law firm as a senior paralegal and title examiner, she established Berkshire Real Estate Title Examinations in 2018. Since then, she has provided organized, underwriting-ready title examinations for local counsel and multiple national title insurance companies.

The practice is focused on delivering clear, well-structured examinations that allow for efficient review and underwriting. Both residential and commercial matters are regularly handled, including files involving complex title issues.

Our involvement does not end with delivery of the title examination. We remain available to answer questions and can assist with deed or legal description preparation, document recording, and courier services as needed. Copies of all documents obtained during the examination are retained and available upon request.
